Harbour Exchange Square 9th Floor

CDC Construction refurbished the ninth floor at Harbour Exchange Square in Canary Wharf to provide a dedicated social and breakout space for NCG. The design is anchored by a full-width feature wall in the group's red, carrying a subtle geometric pattern and brand messaging that gives the room an identity without the need for additional signage. A curved modular banquette in red and off-white defines the seating zone and keeps circulation clear around it, paired with low occasional tables and upholstered cube stools that can be moved as groups change size. Suspended ring pendants mark the lounge area beneath an otherwise flat suspended ceiling, and the carpet tile is zoned in reds and greys to echo the seating layout and visually separate the lounge from the wider floor.
